All of our packages include a complimentary initial consultation and unlimited phone call and emails. Simple Elements “Week of” Package
This service is for the brides that have already planned the details of their wedding, but needs a professional wedding coordinator to ensure that her wedding day is flawless. This package provides professional coordination for the wedding weekend, including the rehearsal, ceremony and reception and will ensure that all of the wedding party and family can enjoy this special time.
“Elemental Details” Package
This is an upgraded version of the Simple Elements Package. In addition to coordination for the weeding weekend, this package includes rehearsal dinner coordination, additional meeting time, and assistance with last minute details needing to be finished before the wedding (i.e.) putting together guest favors or programs.
“Elements of Time” Package
The Elements of Time Package is for the bride who has started the planning process, but needs help finishing out the details. This package provides assistance with planning your event in addition to professional coordination for your wedding weekend. This package is typically for the bride that has become overwhelmed with the details and would like a professional planner to help finalize the planning and coordinate the wedding events.
“Elemental Elegance” Package
The “Elemental Elegance” Package provides full service planning plus professional event design service to help create your vision of a perfect wedding. This package is for the bride who wants a professional planner to guide her through all the decisions of her wedding day from beginning to end. This package provides guidance for the bride who has an elaborate vision for her wedding and needs assistance making it come to life or for the bride who prefers to have someone else handling the details. This package starts with the engagement, and allows our team to help you choose the best vendors to fit your unique style. The “Elemental Elegance” Package allows the newly engaged couple to enjoy the planning process and let someone else take care of the rest.

Elements of Design
This package is for the bride who wants a full theme wedding. We can make your vision become a reality. With 20 years of interior design and visual merchandising experience we have the ability to transform any venue into your dream wedding. This package can be for the bride who has no idea where to start picking themes, colors or designs to the bride that has an idea and just doesn’t know how to achieve it. This is our specialty and you will not be disappointed! This will include an inspiration board with your vision!!
Wedding Night
Coordinate the travel needs for the couple. Luggage and “night of” essentials are taken to the hotel. Chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, rose petals and candles await the newlyweds upon arrival to the honeymoon suite!! We’ll take care of the details. Attention Grooms!! Your new bride will love this!
Day After
* Returning specified rentals on time to rental venues (including formal wear)
* Transport bridal dress to cleaners or other specified location
Out of Towner
* Book hotel accommodations for out of town guests
* Negotiate wedding block rates
* Creating welcome handouts

Reception Assembly
